Objectives:
There are five objectives set for BNCC as follows:
1. To develop character, leadership qualities and sense of dedication for national services.
2. To develop sense of devotion for the defense of the country through Military Training.
3. To prepare a disciplined volunteers for national development natural calamities.
4. To provide a second line defense in face of external aggression.
5. To build up a reserve of potential leadership for various walks of national life including armed forces.
