The Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) is the most demanding, fundamental, and leading department in the field of Engineering throughout the entire world. Here, at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering Technology (BAUET) we use a variety of learning methods with the latest technologies to create a vibrant study environment. Our mission to develop an ideal citizen and technical professional with a global perspective who will take an active role in international progress. The department is extensively facilitated with modern laboratories like Electrical Circuit Lab, Machines Lab, Electronic Circuit Lab, Electrical and Electronic Workshop and Automation Lab, Simulation Lab, Electrical Measurement Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab, VLSI Lab, and Power System Lab, etc. The students of the department acquire the latest and balanced knowledge of electrical machinery, digital electronics, communication theories, and programming languages. We update our curriculum regularly to keep pace with the demand of the modern world. The department is now following Outcome-Based Education (OBE) techniques and on the way to “Accreditation” from the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
In addition, this department and BAUET Automation & Robotics Club (BARC) proudly presented “BAUET Project Fair-2019” for the second time on the BAUET campus. The project fair included hardware and software-based projects; web design based projects, poster design, and idea carnival which is a combination of technology and engineering aspect with the integration of applied and skilled based knowledge. This department also arranges various seminar, workshop, training etc. at regular interval. Recently EEE department has also arranged “BAUET Job Fair”. In short, this department is dedicated to provide quality education in the field of electrical and electronic engineering and make the students capable of competing in the present world.
