The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) has once again proven that our students are not only masters of logic and technology but also powerhouse athletes. At the BAUET Annual Sports Day 2026, held on April 13, the CSE Department officially secured the 1st Position among all departments based on the total medal tally.
Our athletes showcased incredible discipline, speed, and strength, bringing home a total of 11 medals.

Performance Highlights:
Our students participated and placed in a wide variety of high-energy events, demonstrating versatility across the board:
β€’ Men’s Events: The CSE men’s team dominated the track and field in the 100m Sprint, High Jump, Long Jump, and the heavy-hitting Globe and Disc Throwing events. A special mention goes to our 100m x 4 Relay Team, whose seamless coordination brought the crowd to their feet.
β€’ Women’s Events: Our female athletes showed exceptional skill and speed in the 100m Sprint, 200m Running, and the technical Spoon with Marble Race. They also secured vital points in the Globe and Disc Throwing competitions.

A Message from the Dept:
This victory is a testament to the “Never Give Up” spirit of the CSE department. We believe in nurturing talent both inside the classroom and on the field. Congratulations to all the participants and winners for making us proud and proving that CSE excels in every arena!
