Shamima Easmin Shanta is a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong background in Marketing. She completed her BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Rajshahi. Currently, she serves as a Lecturer of Marketing in the Department of Business Administration (DBA) at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET).
Her research interests lie in consumer behavior, green marketing, and social media marketing—fields that are highly relevant in today’s evolving marketing landscape. She strives to create an engaging learning environment, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications to prepare her students for real-world challenges.
