Anika Akhtar is a Lecturer in the Department of Finance & Banking at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET). She holds an MBA in Finance from IBA, University of Rajshahi, and a BBA in Finance & Banking from Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET), both completed with distinction. Her research interests include financial markets, investment behavior, and statistical analysis in finance.
In recognition of her academic excellence, she received the Dean’s Award of Excellence for Academic Performance (2021–2022). She has also held leadership roles within BAUET’s student bodies, including Assistant General Secretary of the BAUET Business Club, reflecting her commitment to student engagement beyond the classroom. She is dedicated to mentoring students and cultivating critical thinking, analytical rigor, and professionalism in the study of finance and banking.
