It plays a critical role in identifying grain size, phase distribution, inclusions, and other structural characteristics essential for material evaluation and quality control.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Digital Metallurgical Polishing Machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Used to prepare metal samples for microscopic examination. This machine polishes samples to a mirror finish, removing surface irregularities to reveal the underlying microstructure clearly.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Muffle Furnace<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A high-temperature furnace used for various heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing, tempering, and hardening. This equipment enables thermal studies and phase transformation observations.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Digital Scale<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Provides precise measurements of small sample masses, essential for accurate formulation and preparation in experiments involving alloys and powdered materials.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Ball Mill Machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Used for grinding and mixing metallic and ceramic powders into fine particles. It supports research in materials processing, nanomaterials, and powder metallurgy applications.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Vacuum Drying Oven<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Removes moisture from metal powders and sensitive specimens under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions.
