Vision of BAUET<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u201cThe University aspires to transform into a centre of excellence in Science, Engineering and Technology Arts and Business Administrations programs by providing innovative, multi-disciplinary courses to the young generation of the country and beyond. Its endeavors to make the university a hub of knowledge and be recognized as a leading university of the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mission of BAUET<\/span><\/h4>\n

  • To provide comprehensive education and conduct research in diverse disciplines of science, engineering, technology and engineering management<\/li>\n
  • To produce technologically advanced intellectual leaders and professionals with high moral and ethical values to meet the socio- economic development of Bangladesh and global needs<\/li>\n
  • To conduct collaborative and research activities with national and international communities for continuous interaction with academia and industry<\/li>\n
  • To provide consultancy, advisory and testing services to government, nongovernment, autonomous and individuals for widening practical knowledge and to contribute in sustainable development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u201cTo be a prominent department in preparing IT and Communication Engineers through excellence in teaching, research and technological innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Mission of ICE Department<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Department of Information and Communication Engineering (ICE) at BAUET is working with the following missions in mind.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \u201cMission-1 (M1):<\/strong> Educate<\/strong> students for academia, IT industry, entrepreneurship, and national or international organization through theory and practical knowledge to solve engineering problems individually and in teams.<\/li>\n
    • Mission-2 (M2): Create<\/strong> new knowledge through innovative research and collaboration with multiple disciplines and societies.<\/li>\n
    • Mission-3 (M3): Develop <\/strong>leadership and soft skill by life- long learning and carry out responsibilities through social and professional ethics.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Program Educational Objective (PEO) <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

      • PEO-1: To develop professionalism<\/strong> for IT industry, academia or entrepreneurship in national or international level.<\/li>\n
