Md. Hafizur Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET). He holds an MBA in Strategic and International Management (SIM) from the prestigious University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and has developed a robust academic foundation in the field of Management. With extensive experience as an academician and researcher, he has been dedicated to teaching, research, and mentoring students in areas such as Circular Economy, Green Management, Sustainable Development, and Entrepreneurship.

His research interests encompass Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development, Circular Economy, Social Innovation, and Grassroots Movements within the Bangladeshi context. He has published 06 research papers in reputable journals and another paper accepted for a conference presentation. He is actively engaged in several impactful projects related to Sustainability and Entrepreneurship.

Md. Hafizur Rahman is passionate about fostering academic excellence, inspiring students, and contributing to research that addresses pressing challenges in business and management. As a dedicated faculty member, he aims to create a lasting impact on both the academic and professional development of his students while advancing sustainable and innovative business practices.
